Job Description:

We are searching for a dedicated Floor Technician with proven expertise in commercial floor care, including stripping, waxing, and maintaining a variety of flooring types. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of our clients’ flooring.0

Responsibilities:

• Strip, wax, and buff floor surfaces as required.
• Operate floor care equipment efficiently and safely.
• Assess floor conditions and apply correct cleaning and restoration techniques.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations during operations.
• Manage supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Report back on job status and any issues encountered during floor maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in commercial floor cleaning services, particularly skilled in stripping and waxing.
• Familiarity with various flooring materials and appropriate care techniques.
• Proficient in the use of industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals with a strong adherence to safety standards.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Available on an as-needed basis, with flexible scheduling to meet business demands.
• Physical ability to handle manual work including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Must be able to transport self and equipment to various job sites as required.
